Brett-Candance

Brett-Candace graduated, cum laude, from the creative writing program at California State University of Northridge and was the senior editor of its literary magazine, Northridge Reveiw. In the past she co-hosted the Black and Tan reading series at Stories Books and the M.O.E. Green Poetry Discussion on Blog Talk Radio with Rafael F.J. Alvarado, as well as other readings. In addition to hosting, she has been featured at numerous readings in Los Angeles. Currently, Brett-Candace is the newest addition to the board of Valley Contemporary Poets. Though not a native, Brett has lived in Los Angeles long enough, now, to not remember what else is any other place.
